In this 90-minute community workshop, Kerry native and lived-experience coach Neil Kelders

shares practical, real-world tools to help parents spot the early signs of worry,

rebuild connection, and support their teen through stress and low mood.

1. How to recognise the subtle signs of anxiety or low mood before crisis hits.

2. Simple ways to respond with calm and confidence, instead of fear or frustration.

3. How to build stronger communication and connection with your teen, without guilt or pressure

4. How to look after your own wellbeing so you can support your teen from a place of strength.

About Neil

Neil Kelders is a lived-experience mental health coach and speaker who has shared his 21-year journey through depression and recovery on international stages. He now brings that experience to Midleton, helping families move from helplessness to hope. Parents leave his sessions with practical tools to build calm, confidence, and connection at home.
